Shahzada Mirza Muhammad Jawan Bakht Bahadur [P.J. Bakht on his visiting cards]. b. at the Red Fort, Delhi, 1841 (s/o Nawab Zinat Mahal), educ. privately. Appointed as Vizier by his father during the Mutiny of 1857. Exiled to Rangoon, Burma in 1858. m. at the Red Fort, Delhi, 2nd April 1852, Nawab Shah Zamani Begum Sahiba (a lady of the race of Nadir Shah of Afghanistan, who went blind) (b. ca. 1842; d. at Rangoon, Burma, 23rd June 1899), a.k.a. Mundwar Zamani Begum Sahiba [Bahu Begum], daughter of his maternal uncle, Qumqam ud-Daula, Aziz ul-Mulk, Nawab Muhammad Quli Khan Bahadur, Salar Jung, from the Bhicknapahari Nawab family of Patna, Bihar, by his wife, Nawab Mumtaz Dulhan Begum, sister of Nawab Muhammad Walidad Khan, of Malagarh, in Bulandshahr district, Subadar of Baran and Koil in the Gangatic Doab during the Mutiny, and daughter of Nawab Bahadur Khan, of Malagarh. Shahzada Mirza Muhammad Sultan Farkhunda Shah Bahadur [Mirza Bulaqi Sahib], educ. privately. m. Nawab Farkhunda uz-Zamani Begum Sahiba. He d. at the Red Fort, Shahjahanabad, Delhi, June 1842 Barried in Lal Bangla, Lal Bangla are two imperial late-Mughal mausoleums located in Delhi, India, that are that protected monument under the Archaeological Survey of India.

Is not clear but looks like either the seal of office of the Emperor or it belongs to
H.R.H. Fath ul-Mulk, Shahzada Mirza Muhammad Sultan Shah, Firuz Jang, Wali Ahd Bahadur.
Mirza fatehAl-Mulk was the Crown prince of Bahadur Shah II during this time and his Mansion was adjecent to this Propert. That why he approval was important for this that he might not change it in future.
4) Location of this estae or Property;
It is close to the Shrine of Qutub u-din Kaki and is very close to Zafar Mahal, in Mehrauli village, in South Delhi, India, is considered as the last monumental structure built as a summer palace during the fading years of the Mughal era. The building has two components namely, the Mahal or the palace, which was built first by Akbar Shah II in the 18th century, and the entrance gate that was reconstructed in the 19th century by Bahadur Shah Zafar II, popularly known as "Zafar" (the nom de plume of Bahadur Shah II) meaning ‘Victory’. It has a forlorn history because Bahadur Shah Zafar, who wished to be buried in the precincts of the Zafar Mahal (palace) and the famous Dargah of Khwaja Qutubuddin Bakhtiar Kaki in Mehrauli, Delhi.

East there is Access to Road.West is the Mansion of Mirza Fath-ul-Mulk. from the South the house of Raja ji-karai.North it have small area of ground for horses and empty plot for the parking.
