The brothers Suhrab Khan and Murtaza Quli, brothers of the deceased Husam al-Din Khan are raised in their mansab rank with the award of a khal'at. The sister of Suhrab Khan is to be sent to Asman Jah together with the wives and children of the deceased. The properties (amval) of Husam al-Din Khan are to be listed and sent to the Huzur. It will be distributed among the heirs according to the shari'ah.
