Yaddasht-i ahkam by Aurangzeb (1070/1660)
Several individuals who had joined Mughal service on the advice of 'Azud al-Khilafat are granted different mansabs and conditional jagirs in the territory of Shivaji (mulk-i Shiva) after 'Azud ul-Khilafat's inspection of their troops on first Shavval in the third year of Awrangzib's reign (1070 h.q.): Antaji Khandakala: mansab of 3000/2000 Sujanji: 300/200 Sursaji: 250/100 Sursa Rao: 250 zat/80 savar Mankad Singh: 250 zat/10 savar Mahtaji: 250 zat The paymaster of the army (bakhshi al-mulki) has confirmed this document.
