The village Isfandiyan being part of the pious endowments (mawqufat) of the late Mirza Muhsin mutavalli-i Razavi and belonging to [his family, known as] the "mirzayan-i sarkishik-i sarkar-i ... rauzah" shall be returned to them, after being in the illegal possession of divani officials.
