Subject : A stirling off recy to govt od India to J.E Colabroke ,Bart , Recidence at Delhi.Says that the Governor General has no objection to the king purchasing the house of Dr lultow , but that he cannot recoynice the right of the king to grant an assingment on the royal stipenal,in payment there for any period extendly beyond his life .
