To—The  Special  Slave,  worthy  of  favour  and  kindness,

Rajah  Nahar  Singh  Bahadur.Know That  we  have  heard  that  you  have  appointed  a

Police  Officer,  of  your  own,  to  Bhadrapur;  one,  however,  by name  Nazir-ud-din  Khnn,  already  stands  appointed  by  the Government,  and  he  is  now  present  in  Arab  Serai.  You,  our slave,  will  therefore,  according  to  the  dictates  of  your  own devotion,  dismiss  the  man  you  have  nominated.
