The files of papers relating to the cases of two out of the five prisoners sent by you are present in this Office, as specified below; but those of the remaining three are not forthcoming. If you have in your possession any receipt of this Royal Court for the three missing files, you are directed to submit it, and for the future, it is necessary that all prisoners who are forwar- ded to this Court, should be accompanied by the usual form of committal, with all prisoners in the same way.
