     Consider  yourself  favoured,  and  know  that  you  are  directed,  agreeably  to  our  Royal  orders,  to establish  the  Office  of  the private  Revenues  of  the  King,  and  the  principal  subordinate Office  of  the  District  for  the  collection  of  the  Land  Revenue, in  the  house  of  James  Skinner  Bahadur”*,  and  in  that  recently purchased  by  the  wife  of  the  said  James  Bahadur.  Be  assured 

of  our  favour.
