                                  I have the honur to forward a proclamation in English and Maratha which I request you will  cause to be promulgated with a transaltion in the language of the district at the place there indicated and that you will forward to me a certificate of the date and manner in which publications has been made.

                          In the court of the assistant judge of the zilla Coukeer.

                                        Whereas needed all kooubeer inhabitant of indore died at Bhiwandi on   the 28th October 1856 leaving the following property which is now placed under the charge of the Nazir of the above Adauhut.

                                        And whereas no will of the said heed lall koorbeer has been forward nor is it ..... if he has any heirs: This is to give notice to all persons claiming to be heirs or to be entitled to recieve change of the said property to attend and preffer their claims in the said court at ........ in order that one such ...... being proceed the said property may to be delievered up to theend
