The article from Qila Mubarak reveals a settlement between Nawab Hamid Ali Khan and the officials associated with Huzoor Wala, leading to a reconciliation.
The Nawab allocated a total of fifteen thousand rupees, with ten thousand as the principal amount and an additional five thousand as a gift, to address the needs of the Sultan's employees involved in the dispute at Kot Qasim.
This resolution was facilitated by Raja Debi Singh, whose efforts were highly appreciated by Huzoor. On a related note, during a procession to Sultan Jew on the 9th of this month, Raja Sohan Lal attempted to make several appeals to Huzoor, all of which were not accepted.
This narrative underscores the dynamics of power, mediation, and negotiation within the context of royal and noble affairs.
