The Publication of a Hindi calendar for the year Samvat 1898, equivalent to 1841 in the Gregorian calendar. This calendar will be printed in a press in Delhi and is named after Bakar Majeet, designated as "Madi" for the year.


It is intended to serve a comprehensive purpose, encompassing the calculation of days, planetary movements, solar and lunar eclipses, and public holidays for Hindus, Muslims, and the British.


Additionally, it will offer a comparison of Hindu and Muslim dates with those of the Gregorian calendar, and provide insights into the seasonal characteristics, climate, agricultural outputs, as well as details on fruits and vegetables expected throughout the year. This calendar is described as a gift to Hindustan and will be available for purchase, with special pricing for subscribers.
