You know that "Kaliyat-i-Zafar", is a book written by Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last Mughal Emperor of India. The book is a collection of the Emperor's poems and ghazals (a form of Urdu poetry). The title "Kaliyat-i-Zafar" means "The Poems of Zafar" and it is considered to be one of the most important works of Urdu literature. The book is also significant for its historical context, as it was written during a time of great political upheaval in India, as the British East India Company gradually gained more control over the subcontinent.
