DESCRIPTION

The full name of Bhagat Singh is Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh. He was one of the members of the Indian freedom struggle. Also, He was a freedom fighter with great courage. Many people of India respect Bhagat Singh as he was an excellent freedom fighter. He was one of the inspirational icons in the eye of Indian citizens. He made new rules and regulations to the Indian national movement against the British government. Also, He said that everyone in the village is his friend. He took the oath that he will throw the British from India.


Family of Bhagat Singh :


The DO of Bhagat Singh is on September 28 1907 at Lyallpur district, which is now in Pakistan. His father was Kishan Singh who was even in jail at the time of his son's born. He was the third son of Kishan Singh. His mother's name is Vidyavati. The name of his uncle was Sardar Ajit Singh, who was a great freedom fighter of India.


Revolution of Bhagat Singh :


Bhagat Singh played an essential role in the Indian nationalist movement.Also, He was also associated with many Indian organizations. Many followers and supporters called him 'Shaheed Bhagat Singh'. The title 'Shaheed' refers to the 'Martyr'. He often sacrificed his life for the Indian citizens. In the year 1928, he became a great leader of the 'Hindustan Social republican Association'. He extensively played his leadership for the Hindustan. From the very beginning, after he's born, he was greatly addicted to socialism. He decided to take a part in Indian independence. He is very much confident to set up his goals-against British rule.


His school name was Dayanand Anglo Vedic High School. The two teachers of this school are Bhai Parmanand and Jai Chand Vidyalankar. They were true nationalists, who mainly influenced Bhagat Singh.

Bhagat Singh was very much against the British rules and regulations. He burnt all the notebooks and books. These books gave the government After that joined or participated in the Gandhiji's National movement. He agreed for khadi but did not allow for any foreign clothes.B At the age of thirteen, he joined with the freedom fighters and left all his studies.


Incident of Chauri-chaura :


The Chauri Chaura incident was starting in a village in Gorakhpur district under the state Uttar Pradesh, on February 5 1922. A parade of about 3,000 villagers marched to the police station who was beating to objection against the police officer some volunteers striking a liquor shop. The police fired at the countrymen. This angered the demonstrators and they set the close by the police station on fire, killing 22 police officers. These policemen were inside the police station. There were a few incidents, which in the other parts of our country. Gandhiji, a believer in 'Ahimsa' was greatly shocked at these incidents and he withdrew the Non-Cooperation Movement on February 12, 1922. After this, Bhagat Singh joined the Indian Revolutionary Movement.

Bhagat Singh's motive is to save India from every difficulty. He started contacting the members of the Kirti Kisan Party. The tragedy of Jalianwala Bagh in 1919 left a scar in Bhagat’s mind.


Jalianwala Bagh Tragedy :


A vast but peaceful crowd got together at the Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar on April 13, 1919, to objection against the arrest of leaders. The leaders were Dr. Satya Pal and Dr. Saifuddin Kitchlu. Jallianwala Bagh had only one exit, its other three sides were enclosing through buildings. The military Commander's name was General Dyer. He surrounded the Bagh with his soldiers at Amritsar. After ending the exit with his troops, he told them to shoot at the crowd. The troops hold on to firing till their ammunition was exhausted. About one thousand innocent demonstrators wounded and many more killed. The conscience of the nation shaken at the massacre of innocent people. On learning about this gruesome massacre, Rabindranath Tagore expressed the pain and anger of the country through renouncing his Knighthood, i.e., giving up the honor. The British Crown granted this honor for exceptional personal achievement or public service. The government of British made a very cool attempt at constitutional reform after the massacre. But basically, it also made it very much clear that it had no intention of parting with political spirit or power or sharing it with Indian people. The British government also refused to annul the Rowlatt Act and make amends for the atrocities in Punjab.


Swadeshi :


The meaning of Swadeshi is producing necessary products or goods in one's own country and using them for one's use without being based on imported items or goods. Gandhiji believed that the utilities of Swadeshi products would make us self-sufficient and remove our dependence on imported products. Bhagat Singh greatly supported the swadeshi movement.


Freedom partner :


Chandra Shekhar Azad was a revolutionary with whom Bhagat Singh joined his hands to win freedom. He tried to build more associations and organizations to beat Britishers.

Every Indian boycotted Simon Commission which came into India in February 1928. No Indians joined this committee as Sir John Simon was the head of this committee.


Bhagat Singh with Lala Lajpat Rai :


Lala Lajpat Rai was famously known as Sher-e-Punjab or 'Punjab Kesari'. He was an eminent lawyer, prolific writer, social reformer, and staunch fighter against British rule. Also, His born place was at Dhudike, Jagraon in Punjab. The Arya Samaj Movement influenced him. Lord Curzon's ruthless measures forced him to fight British rule through mass education. His speeches against the misrule of the kingdom British invited their wrath and he was arrested several times.

The phrase "Simon go back" mainly indicates for Indians. Lala Lajpat Rai launched this movement. This movement was basically protested towards Lahore Railway Station. Also, Lalaji lost his life due to Lathi's charge during the protest. Bhagat Singh and the other two revolutionaries who are Sukhdev and Rajguru were very much angry and decided to take revenge for the Lalaji's death. Lalaji and his two revolutionaries learned to make dangerous bombs from a great freedom fighter Jatinder Das Nath.


Rebuild of Indian society :


Bhagat Singh understood that using the method of reconstruction of the Indian political system, he could destroy the British rules and regulations. He realized that excluding the Britishers would not make any help for the Indian people. Bhagat Singh could not tolerate any injustice so he and BK Dutt expressed their opinion in 1929. Britishers looted every worker. Suppose The farmer who produces grain, the masons, and the laborers who build magnificent palaces.


Bhagat Singh association with organization:


Bhagat Singh's first organization for India’s independence during his struggle was the Hindustan Republican Association. In 1924, he joined this organization. He inspired citizens of our country to destroy British rule and to join his battle.


The mission of Bhagat Singh :


At the time of the assembly session, Bhagat Singh threw bombs in the Central Assembly Hall. For this act, he was capturing and hanging on March 23 1931 with his two revolutionaries Rajguru and Sukhdev. People of our country considered that he was a hero for the citizens.


Conclusion :


No one will forget his contribution towards the independence of India. He was a great struggler and a brave man with enough courage. Today also Bhagat Singh remembered as "Shaheed-E-Azam'. Bhagat Singh's courage has shown enough confidence for each citizen. His source of power is also given tremendous confidence to each citizen of our country including Mahatma Gandhi to win and fight against Britishers. For his calm mind, he became a leader of many revolutions.

The famous slogan of “Inquilab Zindabad” was conducted by Bhagat Singh for Indian independence.


Not a single person will forget his contribution towards Indian independence. He rejected all British rules, regulations and destroyed foreign rulers. For all of us, he is a hero and we will celebrate his birth anniversary with very much enthusiasm and joy.
