The animals in the wilderness include a tiger, two does, and a blackbuck. DESCRIPTION While wandering through the wilderness, the prince meets a happily dancing dervish. When asked why he is dancing, the dervish says that he is celebrating a good omen that predicted he would soon acquire a valuable jewel. The prince, standing on the left, proffers his gold signet ring, which the dervish gladly takes in exchange for his good luck.
