Description
The subject of this thesis was suggested by Principal Sri Ram Sharna being an original topic for research. Althoug Mr. A.B.Ahnad has written a book on the Judicial syste under the Mughals, and important contributions on the subjec have been made by eminent scholars, no effort was ever made to bring out an exhaustive work on this problem.
