In order specify the latitude & longitude of sports around the core zone of "SKSEA", the starting point is taken as C1 (E: 48˚ 17΄ 30.64˝, N: 38˚ 14΄ 55.95˝) at the North of "SKSEA" & North corner of Pursinā school. From this point moving parallel to Eastern wall of Shahidgāh enclosure, to south-eastwards till reaching to C2 (E: 48˚ 17΄ 31.99˝, N: 38˚ 14΄ 54.08˝).
